Prof. Shuji Nakamura to be inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame

National Inventors Hall of Fame announces its 2015 class

The National Inventors Hall of Fame will be inducting 14 members to its 2015 class, including the creators of Bluetooth and the light-emitting diode (LED).
The new members will be honored in a series of events May 11-13 in the Washington, D.C. area. 
Shuji Nakamura: He invented the light-emitting diode (LED) and received the 2014 Nobel Prize for Physics.
