Morgan Pattison is named 2023 IES Fellow

Dr. Morgan Pattison (PhD 2006) is current the DOE SSL Program Head & an Adjunct Professor at East Tennessee State University

Morgan is recognized for his stewardship of the U.S. Department of Energy Solid-State Lighting research program, which has been highly influential nationally and worldwide in enabling LED technology to achieve its full potential in high quality lighting, energy savings, and the advancement of new lighting features and applications.
