Dr. Hsun-Ming Chang is a postdoctoral researcher in the Materials Department at UCSB. He works on laser diodes/LEDs on strain relaxed InGaN/AlGaN, and the development of InGaN green laser diodes. His activity involves device fabrication, simulation and design of laser diodes, laser testing, MOCVD growth and material characterization.

Matthew S. Wong received his Ph. D. in Materials at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) under the guidance of Professor Steven P. DenBaars. Currently, he is an Assistant Project Scientist in the Materials Department. His main research focuses on enhancing the optoelectrical characteristics of micro-light-emitting diodes and laser diodes.

Dr. Feng Wu is an Affiliate (aka Project Scientist) for the Solid State Lighting and Energy Center for the College of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research focuses on microstructure study and characterization of novel nitride based materials for applications in solid state lighting.

Dr. Yifan Yao is a postdoctoral researcher in the materials Department at UCSB. He works on AlGaN growth, UV LEDs, micro-LEDs, laser diodes. His activity involves the device design, MOCVD growth, material characterization, chip fabrication, and device testing.
